Drunk man and rental equipment don't mix.

On Monday, July 10 at 2 p.m. a call came over the Pueblo Police Department radio. A severely intoxicated man was reported to be found by employees of Wagner Rents, on Pueblo Boulevard, sitting on and attempting to start heavy machinery.

Wagner Rents located on Pueblo Blvd. where the incident occurred.

When employees asked the man what he was doing he replied, "I want to rent this," according to the dispatcher.

Employees then called police and the man left north on foot. Police arrived at 2:15 p.m. and questioned a shirtless male across the street at an unincorporated building.

After calling the State Patrol for assistance and a finger print machine, the man finally gave up his name. According to the officers, the man reported his name as Henry Adam Roberts born in 1970.

After initial contact two officers performed a search on the man.

The man who self identified as Henry Adam Roberts is searched by officers.

Soon after, another police officer arrived with a therapist. After questioning, the man was arrested and taken away by police.
